I don't call them by phone, I contact them by email and live chat.
Pointless trying to phone them. They never or hardly ever answer the phone.
I do not make a phone call, I just live chat with them, answer quite quickly.
Yes they never answer the phone. They once picked up my phone but the poor Chinese girl could not speak English. She did not know how to handle the customer calls. They are fake and fraudsters. I'm going to report them to the Greater Manchester Police soon as I paid for the merchandise they stool haven't delivered after three weeks.
