You might want to report any possible fraud like this to Assurance Wireless. I don't believe they are supposed to be selling the phones. They are supposed to be giving the phones and helping connect their services all for free...

Probably the UMX683CL which costs $39.99 through Assurance unless with initial service. They do not sent NEW phones for free.

The phones are malfunctioning due to all of the advertisements and overheating & or freezing up. The piece of crap phone they sent me does the same thing
