Refundable tickets are available on request. Please contact your Sales agent for a quote. As a general rule, the cheaper the ticket, the more restrictive the fare rules on it.

Apologies for the tardy reply. Payment is deducted using an active reservation, so secured seats are guaranteed, or no payment can be made.
