Why does it run so slow and the video ads all play at the same time making it impossible to hear the message?

Why in the hell does this site jam pack itself full of unrelated ads to the top. Not only does it slow down my everything computer related it also forces me to close out the tab and never look back. If the intent is the make money with the ads, how can it make money of no one sticks around to view the materials?
