You cannot cancel an order nor is money returned if size is incorrect or you don't like what you received, especially since the picture of what you ordered is not what you will receive. With many attempts you can possibly get them to send a return label and pay $25 + to return it to China, they will refuse it and claim it was never received or it wasn't in their pkg. So they can't accept it and your money will never be returned. These are facts gleaned from the many upset people who reviewed this bogus Chinese company and my own personal account. I'm still waiting for my pkg but I doubt it will ever come, and if it does, I know it will be nothing like the picture of the item I ordered. My bank has put in a claim to help me get my money back.
