Is www.angeldress.co.uk a scam?

This site looks remarkably like one that was taken down this morning. There are about 5 sites that all have the same layout and dresses, so a little worried they are actually scams. Has anyone actually brought anything from this site and recieved it?

Answer:
If you paid by pay pal or credit card take pictures of you receive- will be wrong colour, size. The workmanship will be terrible. Do full report on any correspondence with them. Send all to credit card company and they will get back your money for you. The max with will be offered from the scammers is 14% refund
