You cant delete your profile, there is no means to do so, customer service dont even answer email request's to delete your profile...

It is worse than a scam, worse than a drug dealer. the addiction got me. i was always capable of detecting a fraud and a scam, but i have been taken badly over the last year and 4 months. i really feel stupid now. but russian bride is sort of like a dirty car salesman, they utilized my weakness to their advantage the worst part is that the hope that one person that you connected may be true and real so you stay connected. i have spent thousands and the service kept sending out introductions on my behalf even after i told them not several times not to and once in writing, twice verbally. the customer service will rarely answer a complaint, even when the circumstances are very obvious. once they acknowledged a phone translation i used 230 credits they credited me 30 credit because i got a phone number from her and found out it was a rainy day, pretty expensive about $150 never got the information i wanted like can you take time off work and a mailing address because the interpreter had a strong accent while customer service speaks much more clear that did not make sense the phone call interpreter should have the best speech. you are probably saying sounds like a real girl, yes this one was out of over 1000, she contacted me in the beginning over a year ago, she found me, i also have anther woman about from about the same time i cannot find out about her if real, she is 23 the former is 52. keep in mind this is out of over 1000 profiles that were sent to me. Sorry to break it to you Malcolm. Very few genuine girls on the site. You will have to go through 100 or more correspondences and be alert for cues indicating a scammer or insincere person.
