The women in the photos are not real, and they are paid a commission to bait you to answer online letters, or entice you into a $100 phone call, and or send $300 in flowers, correct? Sure there are women in that country based on the profile, but necessarily the same women in the photo, or the profile, which means this is a faudulent website, that works on lonely hearts using nice looking pictures as bait, correct?

You hit the nail on the head and then some Dave. It's only an illusion, it's all a lucrative elaborate scam in which you are actually emptying your bank account and getting nothing in return. You want a latina woman go to costa rica or panama stable governments and safe for foreigners.
