Scammer do not get involved they actually work for other loan companies and pretending to be a mortgage companies. Like global lending car loans who pay these people to pretend to be something that they are not.

AVOID AMERISAVE. They spend plenty on marketing, drawing you in - but beyond horrible, as in NO customer service. There can't possibly be that much incompetence, it has to be an intentional scam. GO ELSEWHERE. Finished my easy re-fi with another company quickly but Amerisave cost me!

We just closed our refi last week, and everything was fine. You'll usually read only negative experiences online. We read the negative ones, too, but we went ahead anyway. We were worried about what other people experienced, so we stayed on top of them and closed last week.

DO NOT USE! CLOSED A CASH OUT REFI 2 MONTHS AGO AND NOTHING HAS BEEN PAYED THAT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE! Ruined my credit

You should be. Check their Yelp reviews too. And their warning on the BBB website.

Stay away. They took our $500 knowing they couldn't close our loan in 6 months. Won't respond to emails etc. Scammers. Better mortgage company is amazing. And honest

Stay away from this company, esp the lady names Natasha Garza. She will fire anyone without a warning or notification at all
