Why can't I read the reviews?

Cant review the reviews anymore. Why? This is crazy. Why write a review?

I sent them an email and basically they told me it was my fault. I had already cleared my cache and done everything else recommended in their FAQs. So frustrating! I keep hoping to find an answer.
