Did any of you get a refund or your item finally I didn't see these till now and I got screwed and my bank says they can't give me my money back

I received no refund and the item was never shipped to me. Total SCAM

The bank must contact with bank who charge your money and request back charge, since we paid and didnt get any service I mean order. Our banks know where our money were went Andrei they must contact with their bank.Im waiting from my credit card and they said it will take 30 days, so keep cal to your bank and they must back charge.
