I got a hole in my first pair and they replaced them - there is already a hole in the second pair and they were very clear that they would not replace them again. It has only been a couple of months.

I have a whole in mine as well. Very disappointing given the price paid for these. No matter how comfortable would never recommend as only a one season shoe before falling apart.
