I've been scarmed this company in China for orders placed with them. When I transferred my money to them, they came with a story saying I had to pay taxes on the goods there. I did sent the payment, and soon after that, they emailed me saying it was raining heavily there so their shipping department had advised they ship it via TNT for a fee I had to pay again. This was my wake up call cos for how long would it e raining that they can't send the goods via EMS? For 4 months now, they have refused to send either my money or y goods. What could be my next step? Any advise?
