I was charged for a reservation in Napoli Italy that I never made or authorized. I just happened to notice the charge on my credit card bill when I checked it online. I spent over an hour on hold trying to reach someone at airbnb and then after all that time, got disconnected. Finally, I just called my credit card company to dispute the charge. I have had prior good experiences as a guest of airbnb hosts, but after this customer service experience with the company, I would never use them again.
