I was told I qualified; I downloaded the software then could not verify that it had downloaded; tried three times; one time waiting 15 minutes or longer and nothing happened.

I joined back in October 2016 and I got on my dashboard once but after that I haven't been able to get in because it says my password doesn't match. I've tried emailing but got no response. I never received by gift card and the the research program I was excepted to have not sent any payout but it still accesses and tracks my Facebook active without a problem.
