I joined back in October 2016 and I got on my dashboard once but after that I haven't been able to get in because it says my password doesn't match. I've tried emailing but got no response. I never received by gift card and the the research program I was excepted to have not sent any payout but it still accesses and tracks my Facebook active without a problem.
