I didn't get paid for my first partial month my email address is mary_smith163@yahoo.com and now this morning I can't even get to the portal where I used to be able to view each days pay. I'm disappointed.

I was told I qualified; I downloaded the software then could not verify that it had downloaded; tried three times; one time waiting 15 minutes or longer and nothing happened.
I joined back in October 2016 and I got on my dashboard once but after that I haven't been able to get in because it says my password doesn't match. I've tried emailing but got no response. I never received by gift card and the the research program I was excepted to have not sent any payout but it still accesses and tracks my Facebook active without a problem.
