Does ADT install batteries without charge?

No $60 call out service charge anytime there are any issues including dying batteries.

They wanted to charge me like $200 dollars to come out and put 4- AA batteries in my door lock, UNBELIEVABLE! I went on utube and seen how to put my 4 Lil batteries in which took like 3 minutes, wow. ADT is nothing but crooks!
