I purchase 2 dresses. Only one dress arrived. The workmanship is so poor. I already email twice for refund, but no respond. How do i go about it?

They have a head office address in Miami which you can return everything to - I can't post the address here (due to site guidelines) but they operate out of the same building as 'Laprom Moving Inc'. If you Google that company in Miami, you will get the address. Then send the package FAO Adel Paris. This is what they advised me to do and I got a refund the same day I sent the tracking number. I have 2 items to return. They sent me 2 different addresses to ship the items back - that is annoying to begin with. I just went through the process of entering the address in China - which translates to "small village next to the bridge" ??? - and it will cost $42 for one item, more than I paid for the dress. I have written to them to ask for a US address but I expect I wont get one. I will dispute the charges through my credit card company. There is nothing on their site anywhere that discloses how they are operating.

I need the same help, too! My dress came defective and can't get a response or return's been a month! I'm livid. Did you find out where to send it/how to get in touch with them?
