I purchase 2 dresses. Only one dress arrived. The workmanship is so poor. I already email twice for refund, but no respond. How do i go about it?

Answer:
They have a head office address in Miami which you can return everything to - I can't post the address here (due to site guidelines) but they operate out of the same building as 'Laprom Moving Inc'. If you Google that company in Miami, you will get the address. Then send the package FAO Adel Paris. This is what they advised me to do and I got a refund the same day I sent the tracking number. Good luck!
