Hey ML. I also created an account only to have it suspended. I didn't get any response through their contact site. I did look up some info though. This is the email for their systems administrator: sysadmin@webology.net When I emailed this is the response I received: "Because you're to stupid to use the Internet and still rely on AOL. You probably are ugly as fuck too! " Unbelievable. There has to be a way to file an official complaint with the Better Business Bureau or another form of recourse.
