Are the iOS apps just buggy? I keep getting "unexpected error occurred" and I've deleted and re-uploaded several times. Very frustrating.

I am an android user and haven't experienced this issue. It is possible that you have downloaded a buggy APK. You might also try restarting your phone - perhaps the cache needs to be cleared. Finally, try accessing the website from your browser to be sure your IP address isn't blocked, and that your profile is operational.
