Question:

I just received another call from aaka support telling me this time that my computer has the "hurt bleed bug" and that they were going to get into my banking and other accounts. they said that i needed to spend another $450 for 4 years of protection or $550 for 15 years of protection from this by them putting a microsoft firewall ssl security blocker on my laptop. every time they call me, it is something else that is horrible and it costs me additional money for them to fix it. the last time it was another $400. before that it was $699. i was led to believe that the first amount paid was going to protect me and that i would not need to be paying each time they found a problem. right now i do not know what to think. i do not have the money to pay them again, and am scared to death that my accounts are going to be hacked into. or is this a scam to scare me into paying each time they call me. please help!
