The person who answered at this number told me that they were "DSS Condominiums" It is a number listed in the Dallas, Texas area. The person had an accent that sounds like some of those scammers who do the refund scam, etc. I am not saying I know for sure he is a scammer, but I am always wary when I receive a call from those with that particular accent.
I tried to look up those condominiums, but was unsuccessful, even when searching the apartment guides.
