How easy is it to get a hold of customer service at 1-day New Zealand?

They don't reply emails. There is no customer service with this company at all!

Only if you are wondering where your purchase is. But if you're enquiring about anything electronic, forget it, they don't respond at all.

It is extremely hard. They dont appear to have a phone & they dont seem to care.
