Was installing my Bluetooth MIL-AMP200BT in my El Camino yesterday and had difficulty getting the amp to power up. Your support folks could not answer my question, but gave me the technical support number for Prospec Electronics (Now...Riverpark Marine). Received a call back within an hour from Marvin Jones who discovered my problem after asking one question, also; Julie Pegram sent me a follow email. The bluetooth amplifier is just as advertised and exactly what I needed. Your assistance was much appreciated. Thanks
Ordered Christmas for dad. 1961 bucket set frames & foam. Sent 4 boxes of foam. Called and sent pics to verify. Said would send frames that i paid for. Never have sent and now say need police report as you can see in pics sitting in my floor so how could be stolen. They on said 12-23-23 take 7-10 days to re ship now refusing. Terrible company to purchase from. When you take money and don't send correct or fix issues that makes you not worthy of another dime for my restoration projects.

While Arthur was incredibly helpful in selecting the best frame connectors and place my order, I have asked 3 or 4 times for tracking information. I have yet to get a straight answer if my parts have even shipped let alone when I may see them.

Easy ordering and very fast shipping. Postage expense was reasonable for a small light weight order. I used 2 of these so I could glue them together to double the thickness as well as being able to stagger the cuts to avoid any potential cold air leak sources at the cut seam locations. I also put a dab of "tacky putty" (3M stuff to use to hang posters, etc) between the felt bundle and the wood floor to keep it from moving and loosening seal on pedal shafts, which worked great and is invisible and non-permanent as installed.

None of them but still have correct foam and also incorrect foam that is marked in the boxes of seat frames that i still did not get. Foam is not usable with seat frames

We made one purchase for a client and now get daily e-mails. Tried to unsubscribe, no option. They say we're getting e-mails because we have an account. I try to enter the "account" but had to create a new password. Looked for unsubscribe, nothing. Tried to remove e-mail, won't let me. Looked for "delete account". Doesn't exist. Never will order again because I don't want to ever go through this again. Off to the SPAM folder you go and I'll try and remove all my collected personal data from my "account".
I ordered a transmission line for my 1965 Cutlass and Ekler's received my payment via PayPal but no invoice was emailed
We called looking for specific tires and tubes for a 1929 model A. The tires were hoping to get were not available, neither was our second choice….that didn't deter Alex, he searched and found some great alternatives, got them ordered and on the way to us. Super helpful and dedicated to ensuring we got what we needed!
I ordered a few hundred worth of parts from Mac's and some parts got back ordered. I never received them but paid for them as it was enough to get 'free' shipping. Have called several times (and tried to call but on hold for hours at a time) and been told "still on back order", "it's because of the pandemic" etc. etc.
Now today I am told my order was merged, then deleted, no refund, no communication, nothing. Poof. Money / parts / time - gone.
NOW the company is Eckler's which USED to be good as well - but there's some kind of serious problem with this company - I.E. Crap service.
Fine, keep my money, don't get me my parts, treat me poorly - I'll not be back - there are plenty of other companies that sell vintage Ford and Chevy parts. Goodbye!

I have been a long time customer.
I orders front door panels and rear panels for a 65 Futura. Front said ships in 2-3 weeks. Fine I'll deal with it. Rear says in stock. Submit order, money comes out, get email front ships in 4-6 and I just finally got an update for the rears that now won't ship for another 2 months. What a joke. I guess I'll call in a month and find out my order has been canceled like so many others with no notification.
