Its been about 3months since I started working out at ILKB, in that short period of time I have lost almost 20lbs with results like that I cant wait to see what happened in a year :)

I'm in my 3rd month right now and still find it just as amazing as when I was on my trial period

Yes- I've actually been a member for a few years... They always mix it up so it's never the same workout- you can work it into your own schedule- can go as many times a week that your schedule allows!

Yes, I have. I try to make it to the gym at least three times a week. But because the trainers are so exciting it make you just want to come back every time.

Sticking with it gets easy when you look at certain factors: you've made a financial commitment, you see results, you have fun, and the instructors are motivated. Those factors make me sure that I will stick with it for at least the duration of my 12 month commitment.

In va they have 6 and 12 month memberships. Also have the class card, I think it's like 3 payments for 35 classes or something like that.

There is no yearly membership. U either purchase 35 or 65 classes. When ur classes run out they run out. There is no set time frame

Just about. I'm waiting for them to expand there hours. I've been dedicated four months now.

I'm going on 5 months now and my instuctors are amazing! The atmosphere is just so motivating!
