I believe the only contact number I have seen for for China. They generally answer your emails within 24 hours, but it is only with further BS, to string you along even further.
I hate to say but there is no number!

Yes they do have a contact number, however its needless for you to call the number. Their desk assistance or who so ever is in charge of the phone answers at will and when she does she speaks Chinese. Good luck with that if you can speak Chinese hopefully someone will pick the call. The number should be on their website. Nonetheless if you are a PayPal user, PayPal will be of great importance at this point however I believe PayPal could still be of help since TbDress is an affiliate to them. When I called PayPal in my case my problem was resolved within a blink of an eye.

No, you can contact them only via email. Don't you think that's odd? This order is coming from China and could take about 5 weeks. I can't believe people are still ordering from this racket called TBdress. And these responses from the company rep Aaron, bogus. I responded to his request for info back in Feb and he just answered it in April saying he needs the ID of the order. I gave him all that info in Feb. Buy American!
If you paid with paypal you can open case against them. I did because it took forever and the funny thing is the day after i opened a case against them i received my crappy dress... This is the worse comapny. If you are on face book check out TB Fails...
