I would like to know if you will be refunding me the cost of the card and postage. Or, if you have any intention of resending the card.

I had great difficulty contacting you and I never sent you an "Excellent" review.
I called two local Target stores to make sure their photo lab was open and asked about picking up my order for cards from Greeting Card Universe. I was told by both stores that they did not know anything about GCU. Perhaps GCU would print the cards and send to their store was one stores explanation of how the process would work. Has anyone actually ordered from Greeting Card Universe and used the store pickup at Target successfully?
