Really nicely made for the price. Also wore them for a bit and didn't turn my ears different colors (like some cheap ones can). Also it looks easy to replace the hooks/posts if you do have super sensitive ears and need specific materials.

Ugh! So disappointed :( I spent 40 dollars on clothes that I needed for a special event and never got any of it... I ordered weeks ago and they marked it as "been shipped out" just so I can't cancel the order. I go onto Usps and it says it hasn't even been shipped out to their building. I've emailed many times and get no response. Don't buy from here they just want your money. So mad!

They took my money twice and never sent me anything on shipping on e I started disputing it is when I actually started seeing something from them the only thing was my bank account now they claim to refund me but can't find the money they didn't put it back on my card they put it in a Romwe wallet where I half to spend it on their site

My whole order was literally in terrible shape, nothing came in the size stated and even if it did the measurements were completely off. Then on top of that my skirt and bikinis were damp inside the romwe clear bags and they smelt like mildew. Absolutely disgusting. Their customer service is terrible and they're just a horrible company altogether don't shop there.

I bought things for Halloween with friends, I didn't need it anymore. The product was delivered for a long time and the quality did not meet my expectations. Here the discounts are significant, a big plus.
I had a purchase that was supposed to be delivered to a Suite # but the delivery people left it at the front door outside at a business. I contacted both the delivery people and Romwe to try and resolve this and nothing has happened. I always put the Suite # on my deliveries and have never had this happen before. Now I am out the money I paid and the clothes I purchased.

I placed an order 7/28,3 weeks later no shipping indication and I am not able to track this at all! No customer service, I emailed them no reply. It will be a month and nothing received. Never ordering again. I'd like my money back! It's been stuck but can't give me right tracking information. This is the worst site and poor customer service since there is none! They took my money
ROMWE is very good@ enticing online shoppers to spend money, the 'catch' is, they are AWFUL@ any kind of Customer Service. Good luck trying to return items & keep in mind the customer pays for shipping it back! I have about as good a chance to place a call to 'OZ' & get the Wizard to actually answer. I've lost the cost of order & the cost of shipping back. BUYER BEWARE!

Ok so I ordered 10 items of clothing from romwe 2 weeks ago. They were seperated into two packages 9 items in num 1 and 1 crop top in package 2. Package 2 came a couple days ago and I really liked the shirt. I have been waiting for package 1 but unfortuneately on the romwe site, whenever I go to "my order" then "shipped" It gives a notification thingy that says "Failed! Please try again later" And it's been like that for several days. I literally have all bars of internet and everything else works fine. I can't see any of my tracking information and it's kinda annoying :')

Order placed in early May - says shipped on ROMWE but tracking ID has been sitting in PRE-SHIPMENT since May 7th. I don't believe there's any intention by ROMWE to send the items we've paid for. There is no customer service and there is no way to get a refund. There's no physical address on their site and no one responds to emails. These guys have a class action in their future, if they don't take their money and run first.
I ordered several items and was hoping to receive them by a certain date but only two items came early. I am very satisfied with the items. I also contacted customer service and asked about delivery and my other package saying it was shipped but no tracking number provided. Within 24 hours I have a tracking number and a link that works. It appears i will receive my other package on time as well. So far I am pleased with purchasing from Romwe.
I ordered a load of back to school stuff i think it was 1y ago and it was a total of 119 dollars and my order never came i waited and i even called after it went past the number days it said it was supposed to came they said it would take 7-10 business days to get my money back which i never did so my experience on this app sucked especially since that was my first time ever using Romwe and since then last, i'm glad someone at least picked up the phone.

I ordered a package and it was returned to sender by the post office by mistake. I tried contacting the romwe customer support but it's a robot and doesn't answer questions. I have been unable to get a refund or have the item resent. I am very frustrated and will never shop here again. This is unbelievable. I also tried emailing them and got no response. I just want the item I payed for or my money back. I would recommend shopping elsewhere.

Back in February I ordered clothes. I had order clothes from two others sites as well and it looks like the 3 are linked together as I only ever get on person to answer my email queries about where my orders are at. I have only received two rings that I did not order and was told that this was a gift to me and their way of finding out if the address was correct. Was told in last email that I would only receive 60 percent of the order back and still have not received this yet. I find it hilarious that I had asked a question to Temu, who I get my orders delivered in a timely manner from and one of the agents from the other sites answered. Weird.

I ordered some face masks for Halloween over a month ago now. They have never arrived. There is no way to contact customer service, the order says it is shipped so I cannot cancel it but I'm unable to track it either. I am willing to change my review if I am helped out however at the moment I believe romwe is a SCAM. It is just ridiculous to be unable to get a refund when your item doesn't arrive Go to Zaful or Shein instead, much better customer service and fast shipping.
Honestly I loved all the things I got So happy. The sizes were a little inconsistent, but most of what I ordered looks great and just made my day when it showed up early. Very fast shipping and very happy customer. Will go back for more.
I don't recommend shopping from ROMWE, my first experience with them was very disappointing. I ordered two items since May and now we are on July and still haven't received anything yet. The tracking was useless. Their customer service is terrible. I sent them a message to get the answer about why I haven't received my order yet and I never heard back from them. I was planning to order more stuffs from there but now I would never use this site again or let my friends or family use it. It's a waste of time and money. I lost trust in them.

Terrible service. My order was split in two, part of it (containing 16 items) hasn't been delivered yet, kindly help me out at the earliest as it's a prepaid order and the tracking isn't being updated either. Extremely disappointed with the service! Second part of the order (containing two items) was delivered on the 7th of April, however no signature was taken either!
I'm unable to track down this part of the order as nothing has been updated and I've been ordering through romwe since a very long time. Never faced such terrible service, kindly have my order delivered at the earliest as it contains 15-16 items or have the money refunded. Spent a lot of money on this and receive such terrible service? So unnerving.

I got the wrong colour of pants and I have no clue which email to contact about this situation. On their website the protocol for receiving the wrong item was to contact an agent but they provided no email or person to reference to for this issue. I live in Lexington & they sent my package to Austin, I checked to make sure I put in the right zip, I did and the right address and they marked it as "recipient not home" I tried to contact them but have got nothing. I had to contact the shipping people who had handed it over to a whole different company. It's been one hell of a process, still have not received my $200 order.
