Freeletics includes both workouts and nutrition help for under $10 a month. You really just can't beat the price for basically having a personal trainer. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to lose weight or just get healthier.

“Read the small print.”

I paid for a 6 month subscription. In the small print they renew automatically. They do not inform you before the renewal date. Unscrupulous robbers in my opinion. Unprofessional and deceitful.
