I am signed up, paid up, written several messages to several men, who may have written back to me......but I do not know how to get the messages.

Why can't you just refund me instead since have made it clear that i will not be using your services anymore?
I have been told to find a friend or a family member to continue with the premium that has been debited from my account after asking for a refund.

Hello there. So sorry about your experience I see your Question was last year said you're probably long gone I hope by now that's an absolutely horrid website you cannot get ahold of anybody on the site though they lead you to believe there's a customer care help form you can fill out it good luck finding it I tried for an hour and a 1/2 and had no luck.
I did find a phone number and I'm looking forward to calling it myself.
