This is a pretty new site. It's similar to Groupon but its mainly for adventure and travel. I'm always looking for something new to do outdoors so this will help minimize the amount of searching I do.
I had to file a complaint with the BBB over the company Zozi! Do not buy facebook deals by Zozi or use the Zozi vouchers from their website. I bought 4 deals from them and they said I will get a refund because the vender/merchant did not honor the vouchers. After 2 weeks no refund!! All I got was a sorry and $20.00 Zozi credits. Please do not use them or you will get scammed like I did out of $100.00

Zozi did refund my vouchers after I had to call and email every two days. I may try and use them again…
Used their service and they are all backwards compared to other sites such as Groupon, GiltCity, etc. I will not be using their platform again.
in what ways were they backwards? i've never heard of giltcity before... will check it out.
it's also interesting because a lot of people come on to sitejabber to complain about groupon...
I think more people are more "motivated" to complain when they receive unsatisfactory service vs receiving sufficient service. I've never used Zozi to purchase items, but I used their platform to sell some promotional items.
They screwed up on a few important items that I had to consistently contact them in regards of fixing those issues.
Like most of these services, they have a merchant site, where the merchant can login and get updated information, customer lists, etc. Zozi does not have such a thing and only e-mail you weekly lists (which they are not consistent on).
As a business, it was a waste of time and will never be using their service again.
You should check out GiltCity and BloomSpot. I received a decent amount of voucher sales, but their platform and customer service were great. I can understand about Groupon, but since they are the biggest one out there, the voucher sales through their platform were substantially greater. Google Offers isn't bad as well, but they just launched their service so they are fairly new.
We were contacted to run an ad in the Orlando area. We were told we had to sign an agreement by July 15 to have our ad run by July 20. On July 18, I contacted Zozi because we could not get the Orlando site to come up.On the 19th of July another representative finally answered our inquiry and informed us that the Orlando site will not be up for 3 to 4 weeks! They misrepresented the facts to get us to sign an agreement and keep us from using another company. We do not do business this way and will not be using Zozi !
Zozi has contacted us and explained the situation. Orlando was just not ready to launch, they admitted they dropped the ball on communication. I thanked them for getting back to me and I appreciate their explanation. We will consider working with them in the future. I still think they have a great business plan. When Orlando is up we will be talking with them.
Mid september and still no Zozi in Orlando. They have had 3 offers in about a month. These guys do not seem to be able to get it together . I think we were told it would be up any day to get us to change this comment. Can't say many good things about our attemp to work with them.
This site has some really good outdoor related deals. It has a little better selection and quality than livingsocial or groupon. I am a snowboarder and I used a couple deals off this site last season. They had some really good lesson and rental packages I got for my wife...
We purchased a zozi weekend rock climbing tour and the guide no-showed without contacting us. We could not reschedule and the three of us emailed zozi. My girlfriend got a quick response and a refund along with zozi credit for $25. I didn't receive a response back for 10 days. I re-emailed and called and 2 days later I called again. 15 days later I finally re-emailed a seething complaint about service and they responded back with a cookie cutter refund apologizing for a completely different company. The representative's name was Allison C.
They didn't read any of the emails I sent, nor did they offer additional credit they extended to someone else, and they CLOSED the ticket so I couldn't respond to their cookie-cutter email about "zozi is devoted to a great experience blah blah".
Still waiting on refund, still waiting on reopening the ticket, and they sent me a link to review their service. Oh I will. Once you're done servicing me.
I purchased a package from Zozi.com to be redemmed at Perris host air Balloon adventures up in the air however the people Perris host air Balloon adventures up in the air say they can not locate my order and they are very rude and when I go to Zozi to deal with them they do not answer. I have send many emails and made several phone calls that have gone with out an answer. They never return my call and I would like to talk to someone to see what is going on with the $200 I have paid zozi for this adventure. No one responses no one wants to help out and this is bar far the worst experience I have had with any company online. Zozi's provides zero customer service and Perris host air Balloon adventures up in the air provides rude and unhelpful customer service and at the end I am unable to go n this ride because no one wants to take care of it. I would like to get my money back and no longer wish to use the services at Perris host air Balloon adventures up in the air

Same as the others.. Bought an Intro to Polo Clinic - $113 Then whenever I called to make a reservation.. Voicemail was full & couldn't leave a message or when I did leave one.. No response. So lame. Total scam. Unless I get my money back ASAP I will repeat my story & urge every person reading it that DO NOT BUY FROM ZOZI.COM BECAUSE IT'S A RIP-OFF SCAM!!

I purchased a Manhattan boat cruise for when I was visiting NYC and had the same experience. I was never able to reach anyone at the boat cruise and tried several times. I was charged for the cruise and got no response from Zozi when I contacted them to discuss the issue.

I purchased a Manhattan boat cruise on Zozi and when I went to the website to reserve my seat, there was no record of my purchase. I tried to call the number for the boat cruiseand the phone number listed was a non-working number. Once I realized that the deal was bogus I emailed Zozi for a refund, but received no response. I would not recommend this site to a friend and I certainly will not purchase any more deals from them.

This is not a fake post. This exact thing happened to me, I tried contacting Zozi a few times, but no one answered and I never got a call back. Complete scam. I don't have time to chase Zozi around for the amount of money I'm fighting over. Would NOT recommend this site to anyone!!! I was never refunded.

Kristi R. Thanks, I think I might like this more than groupon. I am getting sick of their spam and zozi seems to have more of what I like to do. I don't need another coupon for $5 egg breakfast..
