Do not use, had a bath delivered, huge spilt in the bath, sent it back, they then rang us and said they no longer had the bath in stock so would repay us the money for the bath. 2 weeks later still waiting for the money, cannot buy a new bath for the new bathroom till the money is returned. Customer service is terible, will only deliver 9 -5 monday to friday. You try and ring them you cannot get through to them. May offer good prices but do not touch them with a barge pole.
The original system was fine but didn't come with the cistern, I ordered the system from world of baths to go with the toilet, it was the wrong type and the plumber had to make a frame for it. The flusher system broke (not WOBs fault) but after 3 months of trying to get a new part they have sent the wrong one!
