Awesome bridging program for new immigrants! Step in2 IT offers the right training and mentorship to hone your technical and interpersonal skills. Working with them certainly boosted my self-confidence, increased my resume's visibility and chance to land an interview. I would recommend Step in2 IT for IT professionals who are first time entrants to Canadian job market.

I have had the pleasure of being in Software Testing training classes. The class was loaded with real project examples which helped me understand the theory & concepts. After speaking with 4 such places that train on different technologies, STEPIN2IT was a welcome change. The lady who answered the phone was able to answer all my basic questions. I wanted to find out how and what I should do to find a job in IT, I spoke with one of their advisers who also happened to be my Instructor for the Software Testing Training program I eventually took. Not only was my experience pleasant I was told all the things I need to learn, the certification I should aim for and what I should be focusing my efforts on. For true guidance and mentor ship I think they'd be the ones to go to at least in Toronto.
