Visited Goody's Store #5009, Columbia Tn store today. Store was extremely short staffed. Andrew was stuck waiting on us ladies in cosmetics. Never once did he get frustrated, impatient nor unkind! I did go to the front and asked another woman working to help but she quickly handed me back waiting for Andrew. Plz pass this review onto proper management... we need more 'Andrews' work ethic & attitudes. What a joy to have met him this afternoon! Rhnnea

To rectify this they gave me a 40% off code that only worked on maybe 10 % of the products they carry. Then, the kicker the code they gave me for messing my order up is available to everyone on the front page of the website. Trash customer service.

Stage put a 50% off on top of shelves, which is misleading, they said the price must end in 98, non of prices did, they raised everyday prices by 20%, and then take 20% off, and you pay the same price for non sale items, i can see how they are going out of business,
The clothes are not style, 60 dollars for a chaps mens shirt that we buy at sams for less than 13 dollars, good luck stage, i am out of here for good

I ordered 2 items for a baby shower gift & I only receive one of them.
When I called to ask where the other item was, they said it was shipped.
I told them I only received 1 item; that it was not shipped.
After calling over 3 times, I was finally given a shipping number,
But it took so long, I didn't have it for the baby shower.
They are an incompetent group & say anything to get rid of you.

I have been trying for over one week to talk to someone that could fix this problem. I tried to place an order last Tuesday (July 30,2019). I ended up calling cs and someone tried to place my order for me. Then it got canceled. I have called customer service at least 30 times over the last week. I always request a call back, because there are 54 calls ahead of me most days. So frustrated... just want someone to fix it! I have never had this much trouble until last week.
Yesterday received a letter from Comenity Bank stating my Stage account was closed due to required information that was missing from my account. Was never notified... they even said I spoke with a Natalie on September 3rd but they could not tell me what the conversation was. I have no record of that call coming in on my phone. Want me to reapply and do a credit check on me now. Who are they kidding... I have had that card for nearly 20 years! Gonna miss shopping at my local Stage!
Really poor customer service. Called and waited 10 minutes and gave my number for a call back and never received a call back? Called again and waited 20 minutes and told I could not cancel or make changes to an order and to call back after 24 hours. I will return order. Stage needs to read their reviews and implement better business practices. 1st and last order.
I purchased for Christmas quite a few things and was notified that a few things were no longer available. I was told a few pair of Jean's that I purchased (total for 2 pair men's Jean's in sale $96)were still available. Christmas came and went and no Jean's showed up so no christmas gift? When I contacted them they said sorry no longer available... but they are still available on the website but no longer on sale? How is that? I will never spend another cent with stage. Not only did they short me at christmas on presents but if I still want them I can pay full price? DONT WASTE TIME OR MONEY!

Was getting ready to order a 24 piece comforter set but after reading these reviews I do not think I will even bother! I will go to Bed Bath and Beyond and gladly pay $40 more for the item but at least I know I'll receive it in a timely fashion and if I have any issues at least they will be promptly addressed!
Not worthy of any stars rating. Purchase 8 sets of towels. Received wrong color. Also when washed half of the towel are in dryer filter. Below sub standard.
I ordered a pair of shoes over the phone from Stage Stores my daughter did not like them so I returned them via USPS tracking and they were received December 4th. Stage has stated that they issued me a refund on December 5th however I have never received this. I have called multiple times in the past few months and no one is willing to do much to help. I have even called with my bank on a three way to verify I have not received the refund and Stage has told me there is nothing they will do. Absolutely horrible customer service do not ever order anything from this company! They will steal your money and ignore every attempt you make to correct the situation. No integrity! If you could give less than a one-star they would get a zero

Orders got canceled due to inventory and only received a partial refund weeks ago. Can never get anyone on the phone even when requesting a call back because there's so many people waiting. This is a form of theft and needs to be corrected!
OMG... I have been in the store 3 times since I moved back to Louisiana. Sorry about the language but when the manager comes over the intercom she sounds like a real $#*!. You should not talk to your employees like that and definitely not over the intercom when customers are there to hear you. I don't know how anyone works for her. Wow

I have an account with this store and I have been billed when I never purchased a thing! This has been happening for a long time now!
I was very satisfied with my purchase arrived here a day early and was exactly as the website descripted. At first I was a little sceptical but when I saw it was in partner with other well known stores my suspicions ceased.
I received my order and one of the items was the wrong product. After I returned it I noticed that I did not receive my credit after two weeks. I emailed via the website twice and called 3 times both with amazingly long holds. I finally got through to Customer Service and a rep named Theresa was very helpful.
They couldnt care less if you purchased from them or not. Good luck. I think you'll need it...

When you go to shop at this site, you will find that it is a conglomerate of several stores (Peebles, Goodys, Bealls, Palais Royal, Stage). I believe you can type in any of these stores and they lead you to pretty much the same merchandise. I have discovered though that Bealls offers much more of a selection than the others (maybe the main store). Anyway, offered for sale; mens, womens, teens, childrens, and baby clothing with brands such as southpole, levis, chaus, union bay, sag harbor, carters etc etc ( a little something for everyone newborn to elderly. They sell shoes, (athletic, casual, dressy, boots), jewelry, perfume, makeup, some home items, think of it is asmall department store. THEY OFFER GREAT SALES, COUPONS, and much of the time LOW COST OR FREE SHIPPING. I have purchased anumber of items from this site and have never had an issue. A very nice place to shop.
Order a dress for a wedding, few days later got a msg saying order was cancelled due to inventory and will get my credit with 7 days. Ordered a 2nd dress and got the same crap. Wouldn't waste your time! 1 star just because there isn't an option to do none.
Wish I would have read reviews before ordering. Was looking to buy baby clothes, they had great prices, so I placed my order. Next day got email saying my order had shipped, 3 days later got another email saying some of my items had been canceled due to not being available. How the $#*! do you send an email saying the items have been shipped and 3 days later say they don't have them. No refund issued, for out of stock items, and 16 days for shipping, from Texas to California, are you $#*!ing kidding me. Horrible customer service. $#*!ty all the way around
If I could give StageStores negative stars I would thats what they deserve! SLOW SHIPPING heard nothing for 2 weeks! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE lady on other end of phone absolutely no help on giving me time frame when item would be shipped let alone when it would arrive! Gets WORSE Horrible Product! Finally got shoes and OMG are these are either cheap counterfeits or total reject shoes from factory strings falling off or threads so loose side of shoe literally falling a part! Had to get money back via CC got nothing from StageStores at all!
I placed an order for about $200 worth of stuff. It was supposed to be here friday. Never was. Then was supposed to be here saturday. Never was. Finally got my order on monday and im missing over half of my order. I call customer service and she says itll be a few days before she hears back. So I still don't have my items and I gotta wait days to know something. My order better be rushed and here the next damn day. Stage has lost my service. Im pissed. Beyond pissed.
