I put 5 stars so that they dont con anyone else. Never ever give them your money.The pretend to book then send another email to claim more money or a worse offer. On comments they pretend to blame u truth is these fraud deserve jail and should be arrested... and b4 ypu crooks send bull about how its my fault why u stole my money i hope you die in jail
We purchased tickets to fly from Washington DC to Nova Scotia in September 2022 and bought travel insurance since my husband has cancer and his treatment was not yet finalized. We were unable to go and filled out all the papers Sky-Tours requested on time. The agent was very solicitous and said we would hear from the insurance company. We inquired regularly and were told we were in the que. Multiple emails and months later (since they have no phone number) we were told they needed our bank information because our credit card had been compromised and replaced. In March 2023 we got a partial refund, short $400. I sent an email asking why so little and how did they reach that amount and have never heard back from them. Insult to injury our bank charged us to receive a wire transfer!

A flight was canceled and 7 months later I'm still not reimbursed. They don't allow phone calls so you can't speak to a representative. They claim they can't send me a check. They also say my bank info does not match theirs so they can't deposit into my account. They were reimbursed from their airline so there is no reason why I should still be waiting.

This company is a scam! They kept on delaying our refunds for a number of flights we booked right before COVID1-9 hit in March 2020, and kept on blaming it on the lengthy reimbursement process between them and the airlines. Then, they issued a voucher which expired in December 2021, but never mentioned that it's either this voucher or nothing at all! Now, I'm asking about the status of my refund from the airlines, which I've been asking about since day 1, and they're saying that I've got no right to any more money anymore as my voucher expired! What kind of theft is this?
Sky Tour should be named by the consumer protection agency. They scam people for money.
Absolutely shady business. In my case I had a duplicate flight booked. Airline refunded the agency in full, but sky tour kept all the refund claiming they paid bogus fees that they couldn't provide and invoice for. Lost over $1000. DO NOT USE!
Vor allem war nicht klar, ob Gepäck im Flugpreis inbegriffen ist. Dann habe ich von Sky-tours einen Link zum E-Ticket erhalten, der zu einer leeren Seite führte. Nach Kontakt mit Sky-tours Kundendienst erhielt ich einen Link zur E-Ticket von American Airlines. Warum habe ich nicht vom Anfang an den Link zum E-Ticket von AA erhalten? Danach habe ich die Gepäck-Frage mit American Airlines geklärt. Das Einkauferlebnis war somit umständlich.
Die Dame vom Kundendienst hat mir schnell einen Link zum E-Ticket von American Airlines geschickt und somit mein Problem gelöst.
Ich konnte ein kompliziertes Flug-Ticket zu einem vernünftigen Preis kaufen.
Vor allem ist nicht klar, ob Gepack im Flugpreis inbegriffen ist
Very unsatisfied with the service, communication, availability and updates:
- I booked a flight and received a message that i will be receiving the confirmation to my email, which I never received.
- 6 days of continuous attempt to reach out to customer service. No one answers the phone call.
- After multiple attempts, I was able to chat with a representative online and told that the order has been cancelled.
- Very disappointed and unsatisfied because not only I didn't get the ticket from them, but also, I missed lots of other good deals.
- Still waiting for the refund. Let's see how long it will take.

Bought the ticket 26/2/2020. I should have travelled 25/03/2020 but flight cancelled due to pandemic.
Almost 23 emails and got same copy paste message in last one year.
"we have not received the reimbursement. The settlement period between airline and agencies are not regularly like before. We can not estimate the exact date when we can receive the money, but we are in close touch with the ticketing agent. We will reimburse you as soon as the money arrives in our account. This company is a scam. Book directly with an airline instead.
For months, I have been trying to get a refund from this company after the airline cancelled a flight, and for months they have been claiming the airline has not issued the refund. Yet, people I knew who booked the same flight through different means we're able to get their refund within a week. I even bought a package ensuring I would get assistance if my flight was cancelled to get a refund. They have dismissed my constant request of proof of correspondence with the airline, and tried to push a voucher for 30% off of booking with them as a refund after waiting months for a full refund? Why would I want to spend more money at this company when they cannot issue a simple refund?
What is the point of responsive customer service if the customer is just going to be actively dismissed?
Avoid this company for your sanity's sake.

After months of trying to get a refund (or even rebooking) of three international tickets my family had booked with Sky-tours.com (Andorra) for flights cancelled during COVID, I was informed by Emirates Airlines (the issuing airline) that a refund had already been made. Since I never received anything from Sky-tours.com (now not even responses to emails), I can assume that they have kept my refund for themselves. My only recourse from here is legal. This should be warning enough to stay away from this company.

Booked my flight on January 10th and they asked me for $60 more on January 12th. They said: "fares are dynamic and keeps on changing from second to second so while you are making your reservation the fare has already been increased by the airline."
The airlines never changed the flight because I personally called them.
Today is January 13th and still waiting for my ticket. I'm flying in less than 30 hours.
TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED. NEVER USED THIS WEBSITE ANYMORE.
Also, it's Twitter account is private which means a lot and shows what they are doing.

I made a booking for my sister and soon got confirmation email but it didn't included any airline confirmation or ticket number. I followed up with them couple of time to get the details on it to which they responded that the confirmation will be sent soon. Beware! They are too good to be true! Just like every other legitimate review, they took my money & 3 days later emailed saying it would be an extra £600 so i cancelled since every other airline or agent we're cheaper. The take too long to respond to emails & never answer the phone. It took another 7 days until the money was returned, only resulting in me having to pay hundreds extra because they held my money. They have no intention of booking for the price advertised at the start! Same s**t different customer: "at this time the airlines is unable to confirm the flights booked by you". It's not how you do business, they need shut down!

Very bad customer service. Took the $500 for airline ticket, never issued it and never returned back. LEGAL ACTION!
I booked a flight ticket from Sky tours last night, my card was charged and since then I havent received the e tickets for my flight, the customer service number never responds, I paid for a service which I did not get. I paid $1788. 10, I want my money back and I need a quick solution for this, these guys are taking money and giving people a hard time, I will make sure a resolution is done for this at the earliest or else will take suitable action.
