Spoke with Ray and purchased the terminator electric golf cart. I ordered it fully assembled, took 3 weeks to arrive. Fast delivery and a fun golf cart. Nice company to do business with.
We purchased the electric forklift a few months ago and it has been working so well in the farm and made all the heavy carry easy to move. These guys and this company is one that I truly trusted when it comes to forklifts and any other machines. Highly recommend!
I purchased two atvs with them only making it where i couldl borrow 2300 dollars and now because they say i missed a payment i am now in debt with them by 4300 dollars asked could i return the item due to neither one running after a couple of days of use for one of them and a day of use for the other one. They have poor customer service so yeah i gave them a 1 should be a 0000 all the way. Do not buy anything from them.

It took only two weeks before the sauna that I ordered was delivered and installed. I purchased a shower spa and had it installed. On the first night of use, my son closed the door and it shattered completely cutting his foot. I attempted to call and was told to fill out a form and wait three business days. Five days later still have not heard from them. I dont trust this item, it's flimsy and I DO NOT HAVE A SHOWER. The Rep I spoke with said the parts Department is busy, which tells me they sell a lot of faulty items.
My UTV still doesn't run - 1 mile in 8 months! Arrived with body damage and a bad battery. Called for service and told there's one guy and he works part time! Absolute junk. Out almost $7000 for a 350 pound paperweight. Stay away! Buy local!
We've been using the sauna for more than a month now and has been very satisfied with its functions and how it really helped us detoxify at a very inexpensive way. We always have a great time whenever we use the sauna, especially on stressful days, or you just had a blast on a weekend with lots of alcohol. Thanks!
I purchased a 13' inflatable boat. I received in Nov of 23. I did not immediately open and inspect because of weather, I unboxed and open later in Feb of 24. After getting it registered here in Texas and after placing all appropriate decals and numbers on it I took it out. Only to find out it was a 10ft boat and not 13ft. Upon notifying safer wholesale the only they said they could do is give me $75 back. Total BS. I WILL NOT AND WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM. And now probably won't receive the $75. I should have read their BBB rating. 2.8! They got that rating for a reason. And I see why.
