“We contacted Phuket Best Rental 1 day after our arrival...”

We contacted Phuket Best Rental 1 day after our arrival in Phuket. The first villa we booked was with another agency and the property was absolutely not corresponding to the description we were given. Bertrand who is the director of Phuket Best Rental was quickly very helpful and showed us 2 villas that were exactly what we hoped for. Thanks to him we have found a beautiful villa just on the beach in Rawai, and as the owner of the 1st villa would not refund us, we even had a great discount. Thank you Bertrand! We spend a great holiday in Phuket!
