Had to work with Credit card company to get this charge taken off. DO NOT do anything with this site.

Buyer beware!!!! I should have read the other reviews first, because my experience mirrors many others: I was lured in by the low price, entered my credit card info, got an error screen (my name didn't match? really???) and -- lo and behold -- no response from this rip-off artist (listed as Forest Haynes, 2083 Williams Mine Road, Piscataway, NJ 08854 alexsize@gmail.com).

Not surprisingly, the funds were instantly withdrawn from my bank account.

Like the others here I was debited the amount and they then did not reply, despite a number of emails. Leave this site completely alone!!!

Well over a week ago now, I ordered software only to have money taken from my account and no response since. No link to download and no response to my numerous emails.

I wish I'd known about Site Jabber prior to this.

Avoid this site!

Just like many others:
Purchased software for download
They charged my credit card
I never received a download link or login information
I sent a number of messages via their "Contact" page and received no responses

Right now I'm working with my bank to see if I can reverse the charge but it's a long complicated process.

My lesson learned is to do much more research. If it sounds too good to be true, it likely is.

SCAM! I ordered software, they charged my card immediately, and I never got download instructions. I called my bank, and they will refund me my money, but this was my first unpleasant experience ordering software online. Such a disappointment!

UPDATE: I had to update my comments. They finally responded, and I got to download all the software I ordered! I was horrified that I had been scammed, but I wasn't. They ended up being very nice and even helped with a slight technical issue I was having. So, in short, I revoke all prior negative comments! I will order from them again - and that's saying a lot. These guys are okay.

Avoid this site, they just take your money. Zero response, customer service phone number is disconnected.

I think it is a scam. They processed my credit card info and didn't give me a download link or reply to my email.

I submitted my credit card number and they charged me and now it's four days later, they have not sent me the link to download the software, nor did they respond to my e-mail. They charged my card seconds after my submission and that's all they did!
