Make a first time small purchase and try it for yourself before making a larger purchase. That’s what I did; everything went smoothly so afterwards I made a large purchase because they have good stuff at good prices.

I placed an order for a box of Inoa color tubes. Two of the were damaged. Newtrendbeauty sent replacement tubes the day I reported the damage. The next week a customer service agent emailed with me through the whole process, and was both professional and friendly. I will recommend Newtrendbeauty highly.

Looking for hair extentions? Want to save the 6 dollars by buying from this overstock storage room? Don't. The customer service is a creepy guy named Mike who will inform you to ups ship them back (and pay for that) then he will tell you that the package is torn and he will not issue the refund. But keep the product. Top notch quality service. Moral of the story, pay the extra to buy from a legitimate vendor.

First they increased the price of the item. Then it was taking forever to receive the item even though I had to pay extra for the shipping, so I called to find out why. They shipped my item to the wrong address and then tried to blame me! Awful... And I'm still dealing with the headache. Stay away from this website unless you want to deal with people who barely speak English and are very rude!
I was very surprised that the tube and box was not in the typical colors of burgundy, but came in sliver and white. Have been using this product for years and was very skeptical. But tried it anyway.
The consistency was not the same and was bit runny, not thick. I measured out 2.6 oz of creme developer.
Has the creme formula changed? The product took 6 business days and I would hardly call that FAST service.
