I have to travel to NYC too often due to my job. I didn't want to relocate from my hometown there and preferred to save money on living expenses. So, I use this service pretty often to find alternative roads.

Notes: Before making this purchase, it's important to fully understand all aspects of what you're purchasing. Though this is a monthly charge of $250, you are only allotted a certain amount of access (hours) to their staff, so it's important to track the hours they spend assisting you, so you can feel good about the money you spending in the training. Also, this is a monthly recurring charge, which I was not aware of originally when signing up with the lady over the phone.

I worked with a person at the company who assisted me in submitting a few proposals. The time given to assist in the two proposals submissions was extremely helpful, and I'm grateful for the help, for sure; however, after the submission process was completed, the professional relationship felt like it shifted into a more transactional phase, and the support no longer was available at the same capacity. After a few emails that went unanswered, I sent an email through their online platform and was contacted pretty quickly, however, I felt that because it took me reaching out in that way, when we had been corresponding via email, it just didn't sit well with me personally.

I think the platform offers great services for collecting the RFPs, and I do think the 1:1 training was helpful, though like any training, sometimes you have some follow-up questions for clarity that may not warrant another $250 charge, but could be answered easily via email. For me to spend $250 again, I would have liked to have seen the continuation of the professional relationship that I thought had been established.

I will continue to use their service, paying $50 to access RFPs, until I can find another service that offers the equivalent at a lower rate.

Overall, I gave this company a 3 out of 5. Originally, that was a 5 out of 5 but modified my comments to reflect the overall experience.

BEWARE OF THIS SITE! STAY AWAY, STAY AWAY! DO NOT PUT YOUR INFORMATION INTO THIS SITE! This site is an absolute scam. My mom went to this site and put in her information and they said they would send her phone a pin number so she could log into her account. Here is the message they sent to her phone, "Your pin is ****, Enter this on web for ringtns. Reply HELP 4help. *******1155. $9.95/Mo Subscription. Reply STOP to cancel. After replying with STOP this is the message that was sent back to the phone. Mytruehoroscop.com
Subs. You are not subscribed to any services and will no longer receive any Msgs or charges. For more info call *******1155." So now there is a $9.95 charge on her cel phone bill that I will have to call the phone company to deal with. Not sure why a site that is claiming to offer help and resources for Snap and Unemployment is signing people up for a monthly sub to mytruehoroscope. No charges are mentioned anywhere on the site either. This to me is absolutely criminal, or at least it should be. People going to this site are already hurting for money as it is and then to sign them up for monthly subscriptions without them knowing until it's too late is just wrong. I hope that this will review will help others avoid this site who may otherwise fall victim to it as my mother did.

It just is the worst design I have ever seen and too many times it after I click on a tab when I'm in it locks me out and I have to call a number to unlock my access. I would give a 1/2 a Star r No star if I could.
I did 42 years Federal Services and this is nearly the worst I have seen on a Federal site H/R or financial services.

Awful!

Although I haven't used this site or any pay-to-read or pay-to-click sites, the very nature of the business causes me to believe that they are all scams. Think about it - the concept here is that merchants will pay the PTR/PTC website to feature ads or send emails to its subscribers. Then the subscribers will go and read the emails or click to the websites and hopefully make a purchase.

Paying the advertising medium for clicks or page views is the standard web advertising model.

The big problem here, and what causes me to believe that it is a scam, is that generally the people who subscribe to these PTR or PTC websites are financially challenged at the current time. This being the fact, odds are that they won't actually make a purchase at the advertiser's website. So why would an advertiser pay to focus its advertisments at the very demographic that is most likely to NOT make a purchase?

With regards to this particular website, the pages are full of spelling errors and typos, and $10 to read an email?!?!? They should at least have made it look realistic.

Also, if you read the source code for the website, you will see that the numbers such as total payout, number of members, the as of date, etc. are all hard numbers, not code. So although they make it look like it is constantly updated, it is just whatever they type in. The bold type "On" and "Online" are all hard-coded as well although they make it look like it is updated information.

Also known as theelectoralroll.co.uk
I purchased one month's search at £3.25 - seemed reasonable cost. Tested my own name and another person, both of us on the electoral roll. Apparently we don't exist which makes me wonder about the results that did come up.
I've e-mailed twice and left ansaphone message but no reply. There will not be one judging from other reviews - wish I'd read them first.
It seems like a scam.

I expected to find information on Employment and Support allowances written in English. This is the lead commentry.

The purpose of the site: Jobcentereplus prodives people to find a new job or If you are not glad from your job, It helps you to find a new one. It is one of the best site which finds people a good job.

If this is one of the best sites to find job, this country's finished.

There were many, at least a few hundreds, potential renters that affordable housing website matched with my property. I painstakingly went through trying to connect with each of these potential renters. More than 90% of the renters did not respond. It is unclear whether these are active tenants looking for tenancy or simply legacy information that are not real prospects.

The cost is obviously high with almost $80 for monthly subscription. But it would be well worth it if you actually connect with the potential tenants. In my case, with two listings, I did not receive any real prospect through the website.

Interestingly, I received many more potential section 8 tenant directly contacting me through my free zillow listing of the property.
