Namecheap is one of the best discount hosting providers. The great prices for shared and VPS hosting and fairly high quality of services make it an excellent choice for those who need to see great value in the hosting they use. Of course, Namecheap won't be able to outperform high-end hosting

What happens nxt? I am using an iPhone only right now. Will my new email appear on my phone if you send a msg to test?

I am abit confused on paying "Premium DNS", looking for live chat help, but too many click before I can chat with someone, so gave up

I checked some other sites and you are the cheapest. Even if it's just a few cents, for a beginner like me it makes a difference.

I really do'nt like your "automatically renew all of my eligible new services before expiration'" you can't just do that. It's unfair and you do'nt give information like: when it will renew, if it will be more expensive next year etc.

Its been pretty good using namecheap. The only downside is the fact that you can't get in touch w/someone on a support line, they only have a live online chat. Which they respond at a decent time but their knowledge is usually limited (at least w/the help I needed) and they send a whole bunch of links for you to research yourself instead of a walk through of your situation in one setting.

I Had faced some issues regarding my account and they did a really good job managing the problems and solving those. Would recommend.

Nice and easy to use. Comfortable appearance is warm and nonabrasive. The large text reduces strain. I appreciate the abundance of optional information that's available for the inexperienced user to click on.

i used Namecheap in few years. this is the good, but i saw your hosting - shared will slow some times. you can fixe it in future...

We have a very horrible experience and our account was suspended while building our project on namecheap.

It was very easy to use the site, I did not have to look all over for what I needed. Sometimes with tech people put to much info and instead of it being easier, it is more complicated. It was quick and easy and when I want to go read more about the product I can at a later time instead of shoving it down my throat all at once. The software seemed friendly which is a reflection of the people that developed the software. Thanks

my checkout started in GBP £ and ended in USD $ you could a message saying currency will be converted and paid for or whatever so i know why currency changed

some additional info for newbies would be a plus, especially if they choose the beginner option. So far I am delighted with the ease of purchase.

I've used multiple different registrar services before and by far Namecheap has been the worst. Their user interface is clunky and poorly organized, their features aren't as robust as other services, and their customer service is amongst the worst I've ever encountered. I promise for your own sanity you should spend a few extra dollars per month and use a more reputable service. The money I saved was absolutely NOT worth the hassle and experience.

My shopping experience was easy and free of the "gotchas" that add on to the final price, if I'm not careful of them. I was able to comfortably click through the checkout, while not feeling oversold at all. Thank you for that!

Very easy and love that the fees don't increase with time. It's very straightforward to know what I'm signing up for, whereas other sites seemed to hide what you might pay in the future.
