has anybody anywhere had any phone calls returned by these people? i need to contact them but there really is a time when you should just give up! they said they sent me my order. i have not received it. very very frustrating. will put it down to experience. a very elaborate scam!! well done mohka, you must be making a fortune off unsuspecting people!!

WARNING DO NOT USE MOHKA !!!

Placed order back in November'08, for which the money taken straight from my account. In still have not received goods and have had numerous failed attempts in contacting this outfit via telephone and email. TRADING STANDARDS are now investigating.

Do not be fooled by web site, use an alternative canvas company. You have been warned!

Wish I had read these reviews. Received my canvas 15 days after ordering. It was damaged and have emailed the company 4 times to try and return it as you need a number before they will accept it back. They have not answered any of my emails. there is no number for them.
The box also shows the name "canvas art direct" cant find a number for them either. The address shows "little channels" which has the same address as a guest house but can't get a hold of the company.
If anyone has any joy getting a hold of this company please let me know.

I orderede a canvas from Mohka, paid almost 150.00 as soon as payment was taken i received an automated email informing me of a delay due to them being so busy! Emailed them informing them purchase was a gift needed for 30/10/09. I am still waiting for my canvas. Have now emailed requesting a delivery date or refund. DO NOT BE TEMPTED TO USE THIS SITE!! WEBSITE PROMISES THE WORLD AND DELIVERS NOTHING

ordered item over 1 month ago, still not received item, unable to get through to customer services, no reply to countless emails, spent £100, and really not sure if i will ever receive my goods. left lots of messages on the voicemail to get in touch and never had my calls returned. Total rip off.

Company has the worst customer service ever ,will never order from them again .Company is based in colchester not Blackpool .Also operating the same company under www.mohka.co.uk, explosive arts eBay ,canvas art eBay .canvas art print ,and infusion art .I ordered an oasis print ,you can see backwards writing behind were they have simply photo copied out of a magazine .Told by girl on phone most pics are borrowed from other places and laughed ……………totaly shocked .

Not got a good impression from them from their poor email response (even though I was looked to spend around £500 with them... and having found this site and the reviews I now know why...

Read these other reviews and was very worried my order wouldn't arrive before xmas. HOWEVER, as promised it did (the day before xmas eve no dout) and was in perfect condition. Waited 2 weeks for the delivery but cannot complain as it came in the time they said it would.
Some people just like to moan abit too much!

Website really good, read this site and got really worried that I had just lost a load of money, tried to reassure myself by researching the addresses on the contact sites, got even more worried, contacted simplycanvasart.co.uk got feedback I wasn't expecting - my contact details were completely wrong - got more even more worried..................

In the early days they did email me stating that there was a delay and sure enough coming up to Christmas there was a delay but I have received my order, well packaged and in good order although after a delay.

If this company were operating in Spain we wouldn't be worried about the delay and would just be happy to get the goods. Maybe we depend too much on customer service and a NEED IT NOW!! mentality??

delivery of canvas took just over a week which was quite good.now it is up on our wall the canvas is stunning.everyone that visits us loves it.nothing but praise for this web site

I ordered a print on 22nd Oct received on 06.11.09. The contact with this company is really erratic. After reading other reviews I thought I'd lost my money. Print has arrived eventually and is good. For others who are disappointed my point of contact was feebiona@googlemail.com or sales@simplycanvasart.co.uk. I sent emails everyday and did receive some replies. Simply Canvas Art is their sister company. I hope this helps.

Slight delay but was kept informed right up to my order being dispatched canvas is excellent quality for money and will use again. Don't be put off by the few negatives

Placed an Order for £120 worth of canvases over 2 weeks ago, nothing has been delivered and our enquiry emails have not been answered. I wonder if anyone has had a good experience with this company? I wish I had read these reviews before I placed the order! We are now registering a complaint with Paypal to see if we can get a refund. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

I am surprised to see bad reviews of this company as I had a very good experience. They managed to get the canvas out in a short time frame for my brother's birthday and he was delighted with the product. I can only say that they were extremely helpful with my order and I will definately be ordering again.

no communication re when our order will arrive,despite 2 e-mails sent to request more information.order placed 30/09/09,still receved no communication.no telephone number to contact them directly.we continue to worry about the £150 we spent with these people.

ordered my canvas art before i look at the review website/ was a bit worried but had no need to be. ordered my prints on the 30th nov, and they arrived by the 6th dec, had no problem contacting them, art work is fantastic great quality very very pleased with my purchase would def use again well done mohka

Ordered a large canvas from them which looked stunning on their site. The print quality is awful. It's as if they have run out of ink and are just passing this one off to make money. Initially they were apologetic but after us sending them photos they simply said that there was no error and we can have a refund for the print but we have to pay for all carriage. Just under £20 to be delivered and god knows what for us to arrange it's return. DO NOT USE THIS SITE

web site is good but is a complete scam. They have taken my money and are impossible to contact.

placed my order 27.09.10 and it arrived today 29.09.10, well packaged and supre stunning....maybe they just had some teething problems but i've found no fault with them at all
