Be VERY CAREFUL what you buy from this company. I was given the wrong items and they refused a refund (even though the items were boxed and unused). Instead they gave a credit note and wanted to take a 10% handling fee. I phoned head office and spoke to their store manager who were both extremely unhelpful. AVOID IF POSSIBLE!!

I agree. Will never use Machine mart again - especially the Parkstone branch where I have spent hundreds.Bought filter bags for vacuum - they gave wrong ones. Took them back- they wouldnt.exchange as I did not have receipt - I said it would be on their computer as they always take postcode. They said it was not there Wife took receipt - it had wrong name (their mistake again) and said it must have been previous owner (it was not) and that they did not have the replacement bags -which they had half an hour before! Advise everyone to avoid a place with such poor service.
