All in French, thought it was authentic but lo and behold like every other outlet selling designer handbags they are cheap knock offs from China, website showed shipping via french couriers but as soon as I had the tracking number with 'ems' as the courier knew it was a scam, hoefully can get my money back from paypal. Someone should stop these fraudsters, they give all the info about the real thing but wouldn't know the truth if it jumped up and smacked them in the face

IM WRITING THIS REVIEW IN CAPS BECAUSE I WANT EVERYONE TO SEE THIS AND READ IT. THIS COMPANY SELLS FAKE BAGS FROM CHINA, DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE. THEY ARE BASED IN CHINA. THE PERSON AT THE OTHER END ANSWERING THE EMAILS CANT EVEN TYPE IN ENGLISH WHEN I TRIED TO CONTACT THEM. ONE DAY AFTER I REALIZED THAT THEY'RE A SCAM I IMMEDIATELY CONTACTED MY BANK AND PUT A STOP PAYMENT ON THE CHARGES.

Another person who wishes they had researched better. I usually have good experiences with ordering online but this time I have been scammed. It is a chinese company...I still have not received my bag which I was assured would be delivered by christmas. When I email them they do respond but will never give me a phone number and their emails are in extremely broken english! I paid through Paypal so I am hoping I will be able to get my money back

Looks like I've been taken by this company. I thought I was going to get an authentic longchamp. They charged my card, and I requested next day shipping. It's already been four days, and they are not responding to my requests for tracking information.

jan b. It's a counterfeit scam site from China. Certainly nothing authentic there. Probably no bag at all if you are lucky. Then at least there is no risk to get prosecuted for importing counterfeits.

I also thought this website an official website and, unfortunately, did not fully check before placing an order. Absolute rubbish! I emailed straight away about returning them and they have tried fobbing me off by stressing that there is a 30% 'restocking charge' even though I stated that the bags were not as depicted on their website (not only imitations but differed from the pictures)! After threatening legal action, they finally sent me the return address (reiterating the 30% restock charge and the refund bank charge!) but I have to say, I am relcuctant to return as I do not trust that they will be honest about getting them back. Not quite sure whether I should risk it but I do advise you NOT TO TOUCH THIS WEBSITE WITH A BARGE POLE!

Classy G. I also didn't check for reviews of this vendor before purchasing. It took them 14 days to send me a fake LC le pliage, which totally took me by surprise because I trusted their sign "100% guarantee". I called my bank about the fraud and don't know if I should dare to deal with them to return the imitation bag.
Be alert of these web sites: ( think they are all the same people and they take one site down and put the other online - alternating to fool us)

Too late that I have not seen this review. I just got mine today and confirmed that it is not authentic. Exactly the same experience. The bag is quite similar to the one you see from a street vendor.

sara d. I wish I would have seen these comments earlier. I just received my FAKE longchamp handbag and paid over $100.00 for it. I cannot believe it. Their website indicates that the bags are real/authentic. BUT THEY ARE CLEARLY NOT. There is no way to return the bag as there is no way to contact them.The bag was delivered in a plastic bag with Chinese symbols as a return address. DO NOT trust these people. Buy from the actual site or go to a department store!

I purchased Longchamp Le Pilage totes thinking it was an official website, the bags were delivered without any paperwork for returns. I paid $112.00 for the cheapest imitations I've ever seen. There is no way to return them and since I purchased with a credit card, I've registered a complaint with the bank. Don't bother with this website and if you want an imitation try a street vendor instead.

T N. let us know if they refund you. generally if a website uses the name of a brand, and it's not the official website (which wouldn't use the word outlet or a hyphen most of the time), then it'll be a scam. hope it works out for you.

Hortensia D. Thank you for the info, the bank just credited my account for the entire amount. It was a good thing I complained the day after, when I noticed the name on the charge was different from the name on the confirmation email. What upset me the most was I had researched this site, before placing my order, and couldn't find anything on them.

T N. woohoo, glad to hear that!! well, SiteJabber is relatively new and building their review base so your review for longchamp will help others. if you ever have a question about a website, post it in the Q&A section of the website you're thinking about and someone will probably respond!

and don't use websites that use the name of a brand (when they're not the authorized dealer). i'm sure longchamp will want to know about this site!

Hankies M. Hey Hortensia D, how you make a complaint with the bank? Since I purchased with my credit card too, but when registered a complaint with the bank, they rejected and want me to cancel the order and get the refund by myself from the longchamp outlet.com. Pls help, thanks.

Hortensia D. A day after I placed the order, I noticed a charge on my credit card account which I didn't recognized. I Googled the vendor name and discovered that a lot of people had been taken by this company. I tried all the customer contact numbers on my email confirmation to cancel my order, with very little success. So I contacted the bank to stop payment, which they couldn't do. Instead they suggested I cancel the credit card and get a new one, this I did in person and at the same time spoke to the bank supervisor with the details. The bank credited me the amount of the charge and started their own investigation. It was then that longchamps outlet contacted me by email suggesting someone in my family had placed the order without my consent, I ignored them! When the bank sent me an affidavit to sign, I wrote a long detailed letter with printed proof of everything I had tried to do to cancel the order. A few weeks later I received a credit from longchamps and the bank debited me their credit. The 2 bags were delivered 5 days after placing the order with no instructions for returns and the return address was written in Chinese characters, making it impossible to send them back, so I donated them to our church's thrift shop. I wish you luck.
