I cashed out 30$ to a prepaid Mastercard, got the email with the code to redeem 2 days later, however an error came up to call customer service, which I did, and could not be helped because I could not provide the "sponsoring company" I read the entire summary of prepaid MC to the rep, but nothing matched. He instructed me to contact inbox dollars, which there is no phone number only an email that takes up to 30 days to reply. A previous attempted contact to inbox dollars customer service email yielded in an automated response 3 weeks later, to wait for a real response for another 30 days. Very frustrating to say the least

I really like inbox dollars. I have been able to earn some much needed extra cash by playing games or by taking surveys on occasion. I've never had issues cashing out and I can't complain about easy fun extra money! Thank you!

I have had several rewards unaccounted for, never pending and stays in the "viewed" status. The rewards I am credited and available for "cash out" take about 5 business days to receive in my email which the virtual mastercard I choose as my most recent "cash out" had limitations on what I was allowed to buy and declined at multiple stores. I really enjoy the app and the ease of making a couple dollars but really wish the money I essentially worked for would just deposit into my bank account or be available to use immediately through my apple pay.

So iv been with inboxdollers since 2018 and I think iv had one issue since if been with them but it was resolved very quickly. And that was just not getting credited from a game I played. It was quickly resolved and got my rewards for it. So I just wanted to say there legit 100% And the best out there. I would definitely recommend this company. 💯🙌🏽

I got a $5 American Express gift card that I can't use anywhere...it has a 4 digit cvv code.I have yet to find ANYONE that will accept it...all businesses whether online or actual physical stores ask for a 3 digit cvv code. I can't link it to my cashapp or paypal.i can't do ANYTHING with it at all.its the most worthless piece of crap "reward" there is.thanks for nothing.i gave it one star because it won't let me choose zero stars...it doesn't deserve even 1 star.

I got enough for my first cash out reward at inbox dollars so I got the Amex 15$ virtual gift card "that is excepted basically everywhere" which is the furthest thing from the truth. I tried using at more websites then I can remember, trying different amounts factoring taxes etc, nothing worked I'm hoping to sell it for a lesser value. Hopefully the MasterCard version is better then Amex

There are so many ways to earn real money on this site! From playing games, accepting offers, cash back from online shopping, and receipt scanning to earning bonuses for reaching daily goals. You can cash out with e-gift cards to you favorite places, like Amazon, Walmart, and Starbucks, or straight to your PayPal account. It generally only takes a couple days to receive pay outs. The customer care team has always taken great care of me when I've had issues.

So far they aren't keeping up with my progress at all. As far as gaming & surveys go, be vary wary & read every single thing very carefully before you download or commit to it on this or any site! To answer a survey for a very minimal $ amount they wanted very personal info up to & including my Social Security Number! Thank God I caught that first! On another instance a seemingly harmless game wanted to have access & permission to my SIM card in my phone to he able to change whatever they wanted! Absolutely Not! I'm not one to go through small print normally but I'm so grateful I did! Quite frankly I'm beginning to think this is a political information gathering site. Many various surveys to do, but there's disappointing situations. For example: Numerous times you'll spend an inordinate amount of time on one, get to the very last page, successfully click on the "Finished" button and only THEN it rejects you by saying "We Found a Better Survey For You".? You receive no money whatsoever! That's extremely frustrating and a waste of a members time! They could at least give you a partial monetary reward for your efforts or attempt! Not good! >=(

You can earn money but it does take time to earn and get actual money from the achievements or the quest it give you.I've earned a little less then 46 buck since I started using this website for the last 2 months

Cashed out once no problem i think $20 to my paypal. Next time i went to cash out $10 it wouldn't let me send it to my paypal so i got the american express gift card and cant even use it...more of a pain

I have two $15 American Express card and I've tried to use it on an online purchase where they accept American Express cards and the card keeps declining. I can't use the card and it's frustrating and it also keeps taking cents away from my card! Bad experience!

Inbox dollars has been the best app for earning extra money by taking surveys, playing games, reading emails, searching the web, completing tasks, submitting receipts, and much more. I have been a member for 6 years since 2018. The only issue I would like to see change is the amount of time it takes for a reward deposit to hit PayPal. It takes an average of 3 days for me and there are other apps that deposits hit automatically.
