I have never had a problem with this site or their products. Anything I return has been charged back to my card.
Wanted to return an unused product that did not do what I bought it for and despite 4 emails the only response I got is "why do you want to return it. NO return Auth, nothing. Had to dispute it with pay pal This is Jan 2013. Who does not take unused stuff back? This company does not. Do not do business with them, their prices are just market prices, nothing special.

The worst site to make a purchase. No Phone no to call! Only email.And they don't respond to you even after 48 hrs! Never ever going to buy anythingfrom them. Will spread the word to relatives and friends...
They Still suck... bought some flatware that was so cheap it practically bent taking it out of the box. Spent 1/2 the cost of it to return it.
Then bought what was supposed to be a Stanley Airplane construction set... they shipped a different
Stanley set and I've sent pictures of the wrong item, and a couple emails and have yet to have the problem resolved...

Ordered a tablet it arrived after a LONG wait, and I could not charge it. The replacement took another long time and all I recieved was an empty box.
IThey wabted pix which was las sunday. 10 min later I sent pix. I have not heard hide nor hare from them since
I had a very bad experience with IceMonkey and I would not purchase from them ever again. I would also caution others from purchasing from them either. I ordered a Kindle at the end of November. 5 days later I still did not receive a tracking number, despite the promise on their website that I would have one in 1-2 days. After I contacted IceMonkey, I got a response in 2 days with my tracking information. The tracking number seemed legit, but 6 business days later, I was still waiting on my package. Long story short it got "lost" somewhere along the line. After contacting both UPS and USPS and getting nowhere, I contacted IceMonkey and asked them to follow up, as I was instructed by UPS. After 24 business hours and no response, I opened a PayPal dispute. 48 hours later, I escalated the dispute to a claim. Again, 6 days after my follow-up email they finally got back to me and told me they would be unable or unwilling to file a claim with UPS because they used an uninsured shipping method (UPS SurePost).
I was in contact with them a couple more times over the course of the dispute. On two occasions they offered to refund my money, but they said they couldn't refund the money until I closed the PayPal dispute. I'm including this because it would be very easy for a potential buyer to get really screwed by following IceMoney's instructions. I contacted PayPal both times the seller asked me to close the claim and they instructed me NOT to close it until I was satisfied with the outcome. If you close your PayPal claim, the seller can go back and say, "Well, there's no problem. See? They closed the dispute."
Over a month after I placed my order, I was finally refunded the full purchase price thanks to PayPal.
My rating is mainly based on the seller's extreme lack of customer service and the nearly impossible task of contacting them. It's absolutely ridiculous that it would take anyone, let alone a business, 24-48 hours to get back to an email, especially when there is no other way to contact them. In my experience, it was usually much longer than the promise 24-48 hour response time anyway. It's entirely possible that this whole debacle could have been resolved sooner, but it took the seller at times a week to get back to my emails. I learned that hard way to view the "contact us" page of every website from which I intend make a purchase. If the only means of communication are an email address, I run the other way.
Loved the site itself easy to look at and order from. Made my order on 9/28/2012. 10/7 sent message it was taking to long to get my order. They replied back it would be shipped Wednesday 10/10 it didn't ship till 10/12 and even then didnt even get out of the state of New Jersey. Ohhh I forgot to mention the excuse it didn't get sent till then was cause of Jewish holidays.

When I contacted Ice Monkey, they offered that I could return the merch. Or get a whopping 15% refund.
They continue the false advertising, even though I contacted them about it a month ago.
A cool site with a limited number of items for sale at any one time, although with 30-50 items at any one time there is a much better selection than the one item a day type sites. Items for sale range from tools to electronics to toys and everything in between.
Shipping was extremely quick but one of the items in my order was out of stock. I contacted customer service and they promised to credit my CC. I am assuming (although I cannot be sure) that they would have done it had I not called. If not then this would be a scam but overall it looks on the level.
The items I ordered were no-name brand and the quality was decent relative to the price. They do sell name-brand items as well so the quality obviously will vary based on the brand.
Customer service responded to my query in a few hours so that part was great.
Another deal site to waste my money on. Oh well... But the deals are so great I can't resist.
