I have purchased many items from Groupon and their deals are the bomb. I have never been disappointed in anything I have gotten from them. Their deals are great and I especially like the food coupons because it gives me a chance to eat at places I have never been for a good price so just in case I don't like it I don't feel I have spent a fortune for nothing. Would definitely recommend checking out Groupon in your area.
I found good offer of K2 TV wall mount on Groupon.com. I ordered that product and received the wrong product. I called customer support of Groupon and they said they can't send the replacement. I need to return the item and order the product again.
I returned the item and order the product again. You know, 2nd time I got the same wrong product.
This is not acceptable at all and I was not expecting this kind of service from Groupon. They are selling some other item on their website and sending something different. It's kind of like a fraud they are doing. I am very disappointed as I already wasted my 2 weeks time for waiting to mount my TV on wall.
A purchase I that I made came back and said "Failed transaction", I thought that that was the end of it. I didn't want the product and bought a different one. I even called my bank and made sure that the transaction was cancelled. What I did not realize or "read" according to groupon was that they will continue to try and charge my card for the next 24hrs! So they charged me 18 hrs later when they figured that my bank would accept the charge. However, I was never notified. Well, actually I was. An email was sent 18hrs later... At the very bottom in small print of the email that stated "Failed transaction" it also read "we will keep trying to charge you for 24hrs." I called twice and both times got two completely different reasons for why they did it and why they couldn't cancel the charge. Both from supervisors. One supervisor was even yelling at me basically telling me how stupid I was for not "completely reading a personal email"!!! I don't consider groupon emails personal. Again, the supervisor told me I was stupid. Long story short, didn't refund my "failed transition" Sneaky and fraudulent. I am done with groupon, they don't really even have the best deals. I was surprised that amazon had the same deals or even better ones! So many other sights also for "goods" Groupon is horrible and pretty ridiculous supervisors.
I ordered a Shed from these people, after 18 days of calling and talking with there customer service people and getting NO WERE There shippers called me and lift a message to call them to schedule a delivery. I did call to find out the number is on a Fax machine so I wated and called several times again. I then found the correct number for the shipper the following day. I called once again, OMG I started talking with a live person I gave my name and shipping number was told all the trucks were out on the road and the shipment could not made for another three days . The shipping company is 25 miles south of my address. I explained to this person< I had been waiting for 18 days for this item, I was told there was nothing they could do. I then called Groupons office and explained what I had been going through and asked if there was anything they could do. I got a no there is nothing that could be done. I told the Groupon Rep. to cancel my order and return my money I was told they would do this for me. The return of my money would take 7 to 10 days. Oh my I will never use this company again they have no answers and give you no help.
I already have several deal with Groupon the last 2 years and am absolutely convinced about the quality of the shopping experience. The most interesting for me are the local offers as they are often unbeatable in price and give ideas on discovering new services. I experienced their support too by sending back items and have been refunded without problem.
I used their app to purchase 2, $50 gel nail kits. The app malfunctioned and order 6 gel kits. I didn't realize until the next day (after their 2 hour window) and they will do nothing about it, I am sick with them!
Any Groupon savings I received over the years has been voided by the $200 they are making me pay for.
I guess I got lucky with my Groupon. I did a food coupon and was told that I could redeem it on my phone. I'm usually skeptical about doing such so I also printed out the voucher.
Well needless to say when we got to the restaurant the voucher was still on my phone so that was a relief.
I haven't really ordered any goods from them. I've seen a lot of things that I would like to get but haven't had the guts to go for it. Maybe I will start small and see how it turns out.
I have had many bad experiences with Groupons false Advertising; i.e., when I go to the Merchant, the service isn't what was advertised. However, the latest Groupon purchase was the very WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD. I ordered an experimental face cream. There were no Groupon returns to this experimental face cream. They had my debit card info and I ordered one jar.. On day 2 (Refunds can only be made within 3 days) my online banking said my account had been CHARGED 2 TIMES FOR THIS ITEM!! Oh no! I would never have purchased two experimental creams that were non-returnable. As it was after hours, I Immediately emailed the Groupon site and explained I was charged 2x for the same product. The Groupon Customer Service window to type in your issue kept kicking me out. This happened five times. I knew there would be five attempts recorded, but I needed to have this on record, as it was the "2nd Day". Groupon didn't contact me. So the next morning, as soon as Groupon opened, I called. This was the 3rd day. The Groupon CSR told me the item's' "WERE ALREADY SHIPPED"; could not refund, and there was "no record of any of the Customer Service email attempts the night before" .She let me talk to her Supervisor; Vianco C. (Chicago). Vianco C. said items "had shipped". Vianco C. lied and said her supervisor didn't take customer calls. Vianco C. told me I couldn't talk to her (Vianco C.) Supervisor. There was no one above her I could talk to at Groupon. She told me the only thing I could do was to go onto the Groupon.com and email there, only. She stated that it would take 2 days for her supervisor to get it. She was very rude and talked like a robot; un-conversational. I pleaded with her, telling her there wasn't enough funds in my account and that it was going to over draft. She kept saying "the item's' had already been shipped". I hung up and called back. I knew "some honest CSR" would patch me through to Vianco C. supervisor, or the department above Vianco C.. For the next 3 hours, every time I called Groupon, I would mysteriously get disconnected while talking to the CSR. Left many virtual call requests for Groupon. I waited 30 minutes and called and asked to talk to the CSR's supervisor, supervisor, and she patched me right through. This dept told me: "the order"s" were already 'sent to the processing dept". This was different than "ALREADY SHIPPED" by 2nd day. I knew by the second day, the item had not been SHIPPED. GROUPON definitely could have adjusted my order; It was within 3 days for heavens sake, but Groupon said "it was too late. I had to have called within 2 hours; it wasn't a merchant, it was a product". Apparently, this was written in some un-disclosed location on their website...about the 2hr policy,( if a person thought they might want to cancel an order). I DIDN'T WANT TO CANCEL. I WANTED GROUPON TO TAKE OFF THE DOUBLE CHARGE ON MY ACCOUNT. Groupon slyly held my debit card information, rushed through a DOUBLE CHARGE OF SAME ITEM and REFUSED TO TAKE CARE OF IT.
I WILL NEVER USE GROUPON AGAIN; ANY OF IT'S MERCHANTS AGAIN,OVER THIS!!
I have deleted my debit card information and told Groupon to unsubscribe me.

I have been using Groupon for quite sometime. I like the deals shown on the site. Pros are some deals are very good. So when I find one I am looking for, I buy it. Cons are item is not always available. I also recommend to remove and stop selling any adult items. As criticized, some items are not very good and sold as a deal. But also good items are also sold as cheap. So you should know what you need and buy it. I often compare with Alazon and eBay for the price and decide where to buy.
I have no words for how much I love this site!! It IS my absolute #1 online place for all things! From entertainment, to clothing, food, eating out, and whatever else you can think of! The deals are UNBELIEVABLE!!! You pay a fraction of the regular price!! And if you have anything you need returned for whatever reason, they make it SO easy!! A breeze!! Awesome customer service too! They are always timely and so super helpful every time! I just can't tell you how much I LOVE them!!!! Best site EVER!!
I have been sucked in for the last time with Groupon. I can think of only one thing out of many, many things that was worth even the super low prices. Most of the things I have ordered are in the trash. You can pay a little more locally and get quality items.
Unfortunately Group on are very difficult to contact. My last item was neve delivered and it took many emails to resolve the situation. In the end I got a refund but all I wanted in the first instance was my order. Foolishly I have ordered from them again and 8 days later no sign of my item. I feel they do mot value their customers. Very disappointing.
I bought a Groupon yesterday but then they issued a promo code today. I contacted customer service and asked if they could apply the promo code to the purchase made yesterday but they couldn't, however they did cancel my order, issue me a refund and allowed me to repurchase the groupon with the promo code. They have always been very helpful and I've never had any problems with my purchases.
Fraud was done on my account in July 15, since I notice the purchases on my account I called customers and told them the situation and not to send the items out which amounted to £95 however they send all the items. I ve been calling for the past four months to get a refund from the company, every time I call I’m being told it will take 5 working days to investigate the issue. This is been happening every call I made to customer service, requested to speak with the manager on many occasions all them Im being told they are in meetings. After a while I kept on calling n they put me on hold for 1hr never got back to me or they just hang the phone up. I’m going to take the name GROUPON on all social websites so customers know not to shop with them because they are not reliable or helpfully and the staff are absolute waste. Groupon staffs are all $#*!ers to name a few Michelle, Melissa those are some of the staff I ve spoken too $#*!ing pricks they are….
Read quite a lot of negative reviews after purchasing quite a few item and spending a decent amount on money on these deals but I have had a good experience with my products arriving on time and in good condition. Very pleased with Groupon :)
I bought a futon bed with groupon. The futon itself was fine but I changed my mind and wanted to return it. I am now trying to return it since 6 weeks! The courier service has a different address and won't let me change it. This needs to happen through Groupon who just do not do it.
A complete joke and I'm furious.

Bought something on their app expecting that it would take a while with everyone standing impatiently but i was gravely mistaken.
They had a huge area where guests can sit and relax by and an organized system to follow. Took me less than 15 minutes to get my purchase!
I ordered the FAVI LED PROJECTOR & 100" SCREEN BUNDLE from GROUPON. The only reason I ordered it was because of the screen combo. I never received the screen and it does not mention the screen on the shipping receipt. I contacted Groupon and advised them I did not receive the screen. Their response was they cannot provide the screen but they would give me $5 in groupon bucks. I advised them this was unacceptable and requested a supervisor to call me back. No contact to date form a supervisor and it has been over a week. It appears Groupon was aware they did not have the screens and sold the orderes anyway. Very deceptive business practices and false advertising. Groupon has gone downhill in my opinion and I will not be doing business with them any more.
I purchased a groupon for Canvasonsale for a 40 x 60 print and tried to use the redemption code and it said invalid. I have tried for 2 days to get this issue resolved and groupon and canvasonsale keep pointing their finger at each other with neither willing to resolve the
problem. Horrible Horrible customer service on both ends I have sent countless emails
of everything they ask for and every time I get someone new, no phone #'s and no resolution.
