ORDERED AN ITEM FROM THEM, IT WAS SHIPPED TO THE WRONG ADDRESS AND THEY COULDN'T CARELESS...GOT A HOTEL RM FROM THEM, CALLED AND MADE SURE THAT IT WAS BOOKED & WAS ASSURED THAT IT WAS...ARRIVED AT THE HOTEL...6hrs. AWAY FROM MY OWN HOME AND NO RESERVATIONS WAS EVER MADE. NOT TO MENTION THAT THEY TAKE MONTHS TO DELIVER YOUR PACKAGES...
It seems like you would need to be a mathematician to benefit from their deals. I bought 2 coupons for Creamistry, $5 for $10 worth. The first coupon was used to buy 1 scoop of ice cream and a creation cup which cost $13. I paid out of pocket $3. With the second coupon I bought 1 scoop which cost $6. The $4 left over just evaporated. Had I sat down and used my "math" skills and creativity, I would not have to pay anything extra. So if you plan to use these groupons or deal palooza, make sure to do some serious calculation or you will come out feeling like an idiot! I will never use another groupon or deal palooza special as they are such bad business and untrustworthy companies.
I ordered a parcel on the 4th September 2015, 10 minutes after I placed my order I recommended all my colleagues place the order as it was for a mystery gift. 1 week later my colleagues received their orders. Bearing in mind we all put the same address, it is not the 07/10/2015 and i still have not received my parcel...I tried complaining but all they say is that they cant do anything about it and they cant refund me until i send the parcel back. LOL what f****** parcel??This is why I don't trust cheap sh*t!
We have a small business and used groupon to promote a couple of our services. When we developed a new campaign with them they used the wrong image and listed the wrong fee. I sent out emails to their support team and got nothing but excuses and they closed our campaign because we wouldn't honor the ones that THEY screwed up on. Even after i said we would honor them they still refused to reopen the correct ones that we had been running for 3 months. I called 14 times and got a different rep each time. I was put off every time and was told they would get back with me. After weeks of lies and excuses they decided not to reopen ANY and all of our campaigns. Get this. They gave us no reason. And on top of that they will tell you that there are no managers or supervisors for you to talk to. I have never dealt with such a shady company. Be very careful because if a problem develops you are screwed no matter who made the mistake.
Iam a long standing good customer but having bought some palms realised they were not the ones advertised customer services told me to get in touch with the company who are in the netherlands tried but didnt suceed for over a month i have sent them many emails but to no avail been a long good standing customer.
I've used them for a few different things, from Buffalo Wild Wings to custom calendars, and overall, they are really good. The selection isn't always as varied as I'd like, but they do have tons of cool local and online things for you to do, which is always nice, and the price is usually a lot better than you can get directly from the source.
ordered this item 6 weeks ago and was given a tracking number, yesterday got an email saying i had a voucher for the price of the item which had to be used by 25/9/15.
i have spent 100s of euro on this site over the past year but they wont be getting another cent. fu-kin hate that. keep clear of these crooks,
My family, friends and I have been purchasing from Groupon for a while now. For the most part I've had good experiences. However, my recent purchase was the worse experience I've ever had. I have tried resolving the issue with the vendor directly two different times but that has been unsuccessful. June 28th I purchased 3 basic skydiving tickets as an 18th birthday gift for my daughter. She was to skydive with a family member who was coming in from Texas and another who postponed their trip to India just to jump with my daughter. I called to reservation our spots in which I had to pay an additional $9 per person to secure our reservation. During my phone call they tried to pressure me into upgrading my package which I declined because it was a lot more costly. In the end our reservation was made for September 19, 2015, we received a call from the company 3 days prior stating they had plane maintenance scheduled for that exact date and they cancelled our reservation. I was upset but worked with them to get our reservation rescheduled. Our second attempt was reserved for October 2, 2015. Yesterday, September 29, 2015, I received a text from the company stating they were cancelling my reservation for the second time due to plane maintenance. I became upset and I called the company pretending to be another customer interested in purchasing tickets for an anniversary. They upsold me and I accepted and they even said they could schedule me for this very same weekend. At that point I advised the person on the other line that they had just cancelled my reservation stating they had plane maintenance for this weekend. I am irate. I want my money back, all of my money back including the additional reservation fees I had to pay. This doesn't just affect my daughter, it affects our family member who was traveling as well as another friend who postponed prior arrangements. I'm partially upset at Groupon as well because I feel you should be screening the companies you endorse. Is this normal for the company to cancel and pretend they have maintenance scheduled? Are they discriminating against me or do they do this to every person who declines their VIP package? I've tried reasoning with Tandem Skydiving and I have spoken several times to Jason and Autumn. They mentioned they could schedule me for the end of October, which at this point I don't trust the company nor do I want to do business with them anymore. I've requested a full refund in which they are holding my additional $27 hostage stating it's non refundable however THEY are the ones who continue to cancel my reservation. Groupon should discontinue the partnership with this business.

I arrived 15 minutes ahead of my appointment...there were people waiting....they seemed short staffed.
I go to many spas and Ive had many procedures so Im not new to this.
This is an Industrial area and not a residential area which shrinks their pool of prospective clients, so maybe they decided to use Groupon.
Traffic Traffic Traffic so be prepared to spend the whole day on the road.
If you are asian or Indain (cause of ethnic skin) as myself you will get turned down cause they do not know what they are doing and so scared to practise on your face.
Be ware of the fine print $50 consultation fee if you do not go ahead with the procedure same day.Really? Thats exactly what they did; they turn asked me to leave but I decided to fight back.
Miss Pinocchio exits the room many times during the consultation, cause shes so callow and does not know what to do unless instructed by the receptionist slash esthetician slash pugnacious manager.
Im speculating that their priority were clients who were paying them more than myself, I purchased a $25 microdermabrasion coupon and I guess why did not like that.
As I was leaving they had a girl come in who said "Iam half an hour early"..so thank god I left, cause they would have totally rushed my treatment.
Every call that came, they would laugh and make fun of people .....now whos making fun of who!
I also think the machine was NOT faulty; how inconsiderate of them to make me drive all the way and waste two hours of my day on the road!
Iam in the process of getting my moeney refunded to me by Groupon. Thank god Groupon offers that! I would hate for anyone to get ripped off by these idiots....

I have been a faithful Groupon customer from the day they started. I've made well over 75 purchases with them and to date I've been satisfied for the most part. All of that changed today!!!!! I purchased 9 pair of sunglasses today for $16.99. When purchasing the sunglasses I realized that they were below the going rates for this particular brand, but I thought it was a sale. Hours after I made the purchase I was sent 9 emails stating that the sunglasses "were out of stock". I find this hard to believe that all of the styles of these glasses were " mysteriously" no longer available. I believe the glasses are absolutely in stock. They just refused to honor the price quoted for the sunglasses.. Had this been in a store and not online where their is no way to tell if they're really out of stuff they would have to honor the price that was advertised. It's bad and dishonest business practices. I would've had more respect had they just told the truth that they made an error and they won't be able to sell them for that price but to tell a blatant lie is just plain wrong. To make matters worst i wasn't even offered anything just to say I'm sorry for our error. When I called customer service I was basically told sorry there's nothing we can do for you. Well sorry to say I will never shop at a place who doesn't respect nor appreciate their customers. Groupon has lost a very good customer today. I have literally spend thousands with this company, but that all ended today. I'll take my business some place else where they respect and appreciate their customers.
They refused to exchange an item that was too small.
RESOLVED: The details of the offer said "all sales final" which I missed ! Deal had ended so they could not go back to manufacturer. They gave me a $10 credit (~50% of original cost) .
I'll give the item away. I'm satisfied.
It was a mistake to buy something through GROUPON. They are the biggest thieves and the customer service did not listen to my problem. Why it happenned??? Put me on hold and then hung-up. Please do not waste your money and buy anything. Returns are impossible.... Refunds don't exist from them.
I find myself spending a lot of money at this site on a bunch of stuff that I thought I didn't need but wanted. Good selection of a little bit of everything. It's a really fun site to poke around at and get some great deals.
While I love Groupon and the amazing deals you can get on the site. Read the small print! Many retailers have stipulations, locations where the groupon can be used, how long you have to use it, and additional items you may have to pay for, such as extra oil if your vehicle uses more than the norm. The additional costs can sometimes make the deal not such a deal. Overall, I do love Groupon and when you call them with an issue, the customer service is usually very good.
I had high hopes for Groupon, but unfortunately my experience with them was not pleasant.
I had purchased a hair tool and they never shipped it! I tried getting in contact with customer service, but they make it damn near impossible. It was a full month before I received an email apologizing and they kindly allowed me to cancel my order.
I will never us Groupon again!
I purchased a groupon for a hotel stay from 10/1-10/5; however, when the confirmation page came up, the dates were very wrong. They reflected 9/28-10/2. System issues happen, I get it. I immediately emailed to state the dates were wrong and got no response. I followed up 2 additional times via email, no response. I called the hotel and they stated the dates had to be adjusted through Groupon. I called and spoke to someone who says "our systems don't just change dates, you chose them wrong". I ignored her extremely rude and unprofessional comment and again explained I wasn't looking for a refund, I just needed the dates to be adjusted. Her response was, "you should have read the fine print, it clearly states you can't adjust the dates, you should have requested a refund in your refund window". Again, I wasn't looking for a refund, I just wanted to correct the dates. I even stated I would understand some type of transfer fee, I get it!! I am a single income family of 4 and this purchase was for my husband's 40th birthday and it took me 3 months to save the money to purchase it. We are not able to attend during these days as my father has been diagnosed with cancer and we help take care of him during the week while my mother works. What I am requesting was NOT unreasonable. No one loses anything by adjusting the dates so my family can enjoy a getaway!! Instead of being willing to work with your customers, I was told, "sorry, you should have read the fine print, you'll just have to lose your money". I will NEVER use Groupon again, I have several friends and family who will no longer use you and I'll make sure to let everyone know the experience I have been through over something so simple.
No longer a customer
I purchased two Groupons for 8"x6" photo books in April. After spending hours creating my first book on-line, I could not submit the Groupon voucher code on the payment page. I wound up paying full price for my first book just to be able to receive it. Then I waited over two months to receive it because the company ran out of supplies. PrinterPix continued to e-mail me weekly ads. Calling customer service kept me waiting for 30 minutes for a representative one time and two other times, I gave up waiting on a phone call for over 30 minutes.
When I asked Groupon for on-line help using the vouchers, they replied with a Q&A stock answer which did not help at all because I had repeatedly done exactly what they said to do to apply the voucher to my order and it did not work. I contacted Printerpix by e-mail and waited and waited and waited for an acknowledgement. I did this twice over a period of time and finally got a stock answer from them which did not apply the voucher redemption code when I followed their instructions. Fed up, I paid full price for the two books I had Groupon vouchers for just to get the product, but I will NEVER use this PRINTERPIX again and have reservations about using Groupon, also
Thank you for processing my refund request. I understand that I made the error when I placed the Groupon Goods order ( an error I attempted on numerous occasions to correct). I will NEVER make that mistake again as I will not be placing any orders with Groupon for your goods. I was not pleased in how this transaction was handled and was not pleased with your tone or the way you have communicated with my as a customer. Please understand, that although the customer is NOT always right, without your customers, there is no purpose for you to have a job. Please work on your skills for deescalation and resolution because as a company they are extremely lacking. Everyone I have talked to: Ryan, Jada, and yourself (Lauren) have been patronizing and have done nothing to resolve this situation. Everyone told me what they couldn't do and didn't have a suggest of what they could do. This is POOR customer service and made me feel as if my purchase with your company was unwanted or undervalued. So when I read your email (I have attached the email from the supervisor to this review), as the customer, I am once again infuriated by your tone of voice and how you have communicated with me. This does not cause me to want to purchase with your company again. I have an extensive history with purchasing your restaurant Groupons, I am now re-evaluating those purchases as well.
I will be filing a complaint with management at Groupon as a supervisor, you have mishandled my order and the resolution provided was unsatisfactory and the apology for the problems has not been forthcoming or sincere.
You, Lauren Z, should refrain from communicating with me further as I only want to speak with your manager as I would like to complain about how you have handled this matter.

Do NOT buy unless you are ready to wait for more than 3 weeks to be delivered! It's been 15 days and the products still hasn't shipped - it is a simple protein powder! In the fine print on the webpage it says delivered in 12 days, but when you get the confirmation email, it says 3 WEEKS!!! No option to cancel! Worst online shopping experience ever!!! Will never use this store again!!!
Wrote the same review on their website and it got rejected - talk about censorship and manipulation of the reviews!
