This is an iPhone and Android app which is the logical extension of review websites. You can use it to share your gripes (get it? gripe, gri.pe) and loves with all your friends and spread the word about a business, which then gets a chance to respond and put things right if they've gone and upset you. Hmm. I think this one is worth watching but I have a bit of a bad feeling about it all the same and I'm only giving it a MEH for now.

I don't have an iPhone (fat chance!) or any kind of cell phone at all, as it happens, so I'm not able to see how this one is going to work out. It claims to be "a better better business bureau", which leaves me with a sort of "so what" feeling, but it does get full marks for coining a truly Web 2.0 acronym: WOMP, meaning "word-of-mouth-power". I'm speechless, but not powerless, I hope.
